In view of the recent extension of the congestion zone to include Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea, I have decided to make some changes to consulting hours to help clients, especially those living outside the congestion zone.
Saturday consulting hours until now have been 9.00 - 11.00am, these could be extended according to demand.
This will be for consultations only as there will not be enough staff for operating or major treatments. It is also hoped that this will be of use to clients who need to pick up diets and medications for their pets.
Similarly, weekday consulting hours have been 9.00 - 11.am and 4.00 - 6.00pm. We have therefore changed evening consulting hours on Mondays and Wednesdays to 5pm to 7pm which will allow a window for those living outside the congestion zone.
I would like to take this opportunity to remind clients of the availability of our specialists who will continue to benefit primarily our patients but who are also happy to see patients referred by our neighbouring practices.
I would appreciate any comments to help us overcome the problems caused by the imposition of the congestion zone extension.
