
Martin obtained his Master’s degree in Veterinary Medicine in 2010 and has been working in the UK since 2016.
During his education, he completed an internship in a training hospital in the USA. Before moving to the UK Martin worked in a small animal hospital for 6 years where his interest in surgery began. In the UK he has been working in well-established busy hospitals in Surrey and Essex and has attended multiple surgical courses. As a lead surgeon for 3.5 years in a large veterinary group, he has been taking surgical referrals within the group in soft tissue and orthopaedics. Martin obtained a post-graduation certificate in Veterinary Professional Studies – PgCert(VPS) in December 2022 from the University of Liverpool and a certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice – (CertAVP) – general small animal surgery in June 2023 from the University of Liverpool.
Martin currently works as a peripatetic surgeon and will provide his care to our patients who are in need of orthopaedic or soft tissue surgical treatment.



Rosario Cerundolo graduated from the Veterinary School, Naples (Italy) in 1987. In 1995 he started a Residency at the Royal Veterinary College (London, UK). In 1997 he gained the Certificate in Veterinary Dermatology; in 1998 the European Diploma in Veterinary Dermatology; in 2000 the RCVS Specialist in Veterinary Dermatology. Until 2009 he was Associate Professor in Veterinary Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania. Currently works as a consultant in Veterinary dermatology at Dick White Referrals and at Bayswater Referral clinic on Mondays.
Rosario accepts referral cases for dogs and cats with hair loss, itchy skin disease, skin and ear infection, disease of paws and claws, autoimmune skin disease and hormonal disorders.

Grant qualified from Cambridge University in 1987. He undertook an internship at Bristol University Veterinary School before a period in private practice. He then entered a Postgraduate Training Programme (“Residency”) in Small Animal Internal Medicine at the Royal Veterinary College, University of London, from 1994-1998. After a further period in a private referral practice in Surrey, he returned to the University of London as a Lecturer in Small Animal Medicine (2003-2006). He has offered a second opinion and referral service in all areas of small animal internal medicine at the Bayswater Referral Clinic since 2007.
He has delivered lectures and seminars on various aspects of small internal medicine to undergraduates, veterinary nurses and veterinary surgeons in the UK and overseas for the past 20 years. He acts as a consultant to a number of pharmaceutical companies, particularly in relation to the development and use of products for endocrine diseases. He has been a volunteer for the British Small Animal Veterinary Association since 2001, with a particular interest in, and passion for, developing and delivering continuing education to the veterinary profession. He was President of the Association from 2010-2011. He was also an examiner, and Chief Examiner, for the RCVS Certificate in Small Animal Medicine.
Grant accepts referral cases for Internal Medicine & Medical Oncology and sees patients on Tuesdays at Bayswater. Grant also consults at the London Veterinary Clinic in York Street two days per week.

Ed qualified as a vet from the Royal Veterinary College in 1996 and initially worked at a practice near his home in Buckinghamshire. He returned to the RVC one year later and completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery, followed by a year as a surgery resident at the University of Liverpool. He moved to Cambridge University in 1999 and completed a 3 year residency in small animal surgery, becoming an ECVS Diplomate in 2003. He remained at Cambridge until 2004, when he started working at Bayswater once weekly.
He has been a senior surgeon and member of academic staff at the University of Bristol as well as working in private referral practice. He has examined for the RCVS Certificate in Small Animal Surgery and been an external examiner at the Royal Veterinary College and Cambridge University. He has lectured at conferences such as the BSAVA Annual Congress, Southern European Veterinary Conference, the London Vet Show and the ECVS annual conference. He is Past President of the Association of Veterinary Soft Tissue Surgeons. He is a European Specialist in Small Animal Surgery and an RCVS Specialist in Small Animal Surgery (Soft Tissue).
He owns a Pug called Beetle who is the son of one of Ed’s previous patients. Beetle has got used to being photographed or videoed to illustrate characteristics of short-nose breeds in Ed’s lectures.
