Highly recommended. Had my Siyah Black Bombay cat neutered here – and she gives it a high five.Margarete MacVean-Kilic, July 2017
One of our dogs was referred for a knee operation. The vets, vet nurses and reception staff were all really lovely. Very professional, clean and genuinely caring, which made our visits a pleasure and took the anxiety out of leaving our dog Rusty there for her operation. Would recommend this vet clinic.Kyla Aitken, May 2017
Best vets ever. Never met such caring people.Sylwia Blewazka, April 2017
Our trusted vet. We have four dogs and they have had the best care here. We travel back, even though we have moved.Martin Smith, April 2017
Great practice. They have a number of specialist vets who come in. When my dog had a cancerous tumour, their cancer specialist did the surgery. The aftercare resulted in bandage changes up to three times a week for six weeks and the nurses who did the changes were fantastic. So far very impressed.Gabby Green, February 2017
So kind and honest. My dog loves them and feels comfortable with the team there.S. Palm, February 2017
OMG, what a fantastic vet clinic. They actually care about the animals, not about making money out of them. I was shocked to see such caring people work there. This will be my vet clinic from now on. Amazing, lovely, caring people. Thank you.Melisa Chitto Cheveyo Cacheiro, February 2017
Very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend.Holly Freiter, December 2016

In 1967, Michael Gordon took over the clinic which has always been based in Alexander Street, Bayswater. In the mid-1980s, he launched the referral side of the clinic to run alongside the primary care clinic and provide specialist care to animals across the London area. In the same period, Michael, along with five other central London vets, took over the Elizabeth Street Veterinary Clinic in Belgravia with an intention to provide emergency out of hours care for many including Bayswater. This went on to become the first clinic in Europe to offer 24-hour staffed emergency care for animals – and today, Elizabeth Street Veterinary Clinic continues to provide emergency out-of-hours care for the Bayswater Veterinary Clinic, where Mr. Gordon still works.
